Repairs were usually done within the same day or next day (also, the building is modern so there weren't a whole lot of issues). The location is incredibly convenient (20 second walk to the blue line and 2 min walk to grocery). Also, we felt our unit was fairly priced for being in Wicker Park. And my favorite part, the rooftop has a gorgeous skyline view. We'll miss this space!

And I’m not putting my full first and last name on GOOGLE for you and whoever else to feel free to contact me about your terrible client relations /anything unnecessary in general. But here is a photo of me in my apartment at this location for proof in case you feel the need to try and discredit me any further. (Validating my point that these people are not very genuine or kind) I will not be calling you or emailing you. Stay safe, take care. & To prospective tenants; look elsewhere, I’m telling you from personal experience, the appeal of this place is surface level because the management company just looks at us as though we are numbers and not humans trying to live comfortably. The building manager Tom bullied me into not resigning my lease because they would never give me proper notice to enter my unit and the workers caused damage to my belongings with no correction or apology anything if n Tom’s part. It caused problems and he did nothing for his tenants besides sit on his FA in his office.
