  Don’t apply here unless you have money to waste in case they deny you because they will keep $260 and make you put down $360 just to run your credit.

  *** update**** SCAMMERS We moved out. My fiance forgot to take off autopay on the rent. We paid what was owed and then the rest came out on autopay. He called and they told him 3 weeks until he can get it back until some month report closes. 3 weeks goes by and he called again they say another three weeks until he can get his money. They are scammers. They also charged us for trash, gas and a vacant fee of $50. We were not even living in the apartment for the days they charged us. We were long gone. So basically they charged us for them to fix and rehab the apartment. None of them know what they are doing. BEWARE THEY ARE SCAMMERS WE ARE NOT PAYING A DIME FOR STUFF WE HAVE NOT USED. We are ready to move out we are breaking our lease early. It’s not a bad place to live but we are over the apartment living. Maintenance is very nice and attentive and fixes things if they don’t work. It’s pretty loud it never used to be but it’s gotten worse over the last few months. People yelling off balcony’s on the weekend, people yelling on the phones at 10pm walking though the complex. People don’t clean up after their pets there’s poop everywhere. Pools always crowded it’s nice but not that exciting. We herd the upstairs neighbors thumping all the time almost sounds like they are wrestling. We herd the downstairs neighbors having sex it’s disgusting I complained and nothing was done. The lower floor smells like marijuana and dirty feet it’s gross. We had our ceiling fixed multiple times and finally we just stopped because it was never fixed right and it was the whole apartment that was chipping paint even the walls. Lastly hidden random fees added into the rent payment. The rent is also EXPENSIVE and it’s only going to go up especially after all the “renovations” they are doing. This place served its purpose and it’s great area, but we are definitely over it

  They're such a SCAM! I told them I'm getting separated and need a place ASAP. They took 2 weeks just to deny my application. They ran my credit report, checked all my paystubs, everything was good. And then they contacted my landlord from almost 2 years ago to have them fill out a form. The previous landlord lied to them and said that I owe $800 something, when I don’t owe anything, and my credit report proves that, but they said that if I don’t resolve this issue, my application would be denied. Now why would I try to resolve something that’s not even an issue for me? Why would I go through that hassle? Why are they choosing to believe my previous landlord's words over mine when I have a clean record?! They still haven't refunded me! It takes a few seconds for them to withdraw money for their ridiculous fees, but 3 weeks to refund it! Save yourself the time and never apply here! There are much better places out there!

  I moved in in July. I love this place. Wishbones are nice. Property is well kept. Maintenance is so responsive. The building security was a top priority for me.
