  Se llevaron mi carro remolcado son unos abusadores ni te avisan ni siquiera avisan para entran a los apartamentos sin avisar chiripas por todos lados y entran con las botas a los apartamentos para nada no recomiendo estos apartamentos se supone que te dan dos tike para los autos lo lógico es que te avisen por qué no es un vehículo extraño es de algún residente no les importa te remolcan el carro y te das cuenta cuando no lo ves ellos no dan solución no les importa me parece un verdadero abuso de parte de la administración de verdad metan parece una falta de empatía con los residentes del complejo la verdad no ayudan en nada aparte que el alquiler también hay que pagar para sacar tu propio carro de por qué donde vives no es seguro estacionar tus carros son abusadores y esto lo voy a publicar por qué me parece una gran falta de respeto

  AVOID AT ALL COSTS. In the years I lived here there's been roaches in EVERY building in this complex, break ins, a shooting nearby and much worse! They're happy to take your money but they let trash pile up for days and tow your car for the slightest of issues without notice.

  I lived here for 5 years I enjoyed my stay there. Carrie the manager was always helpful and nice to me and any problems I had they were taken care of immediately. My neighbors were very nice also.

  Horrible management, one of our neighbors before we had moved out had told us the site manager would TELL others why a tenant had moved out which is against PRIVACY. Plus some neighbors are insufferable as this one time this kid had thrown a rock at a complexes window door and it broke, the electricity would stop working at times or overall fuse FOR NO REASON. The coolers are limited in each room as the smallest room has none and they don’t allow your own air conditioner because “it’s in the way” and don’t even get me started on the AMOUNT of dog poop all over the lawns as it’s truly disgusting. The paint is HORRIBLE as it’s this cheap paint, we didn’t paint our bathroom and air bubbles started forming with the paint chipping off. Random water air bubbles would form at the celling as well, Please go rent somewhere else for the amount of money you’re paying. They make you pay for your keys and parking passes just for them to “rightfully” demand it back when you move out which is INSANE when they’re not gifting it to you for free.

  Me and my boyfriend moved in a couple months ago and so far we have really enjoyed our experience here, all of our neighbors are really friendly, you can’t hear anything besides people in the hallway sometimes or some creaking from the upstairs but nothing horrible. we’ve only had one issue with our kitchen sink and the maintenance request was completed the same day we submitted it. Maintenance is quick and friendly and so is the leasing office. They’ve always answered all of our questions since we are fairly new to renting a home. parking can get a little tricky closer to night time but it’s not too bad the only issue from time to time is the flooding in front of the building when it rains. Overall we’re pretty happy here
