Kudos to Kristen Kelly as our sales consultant who went over and beyond with service! We would like to mention the Pulte design team In Schaumburg (sorry we forgot the name). Special mention also to the construction team under the leadership of Anthony C.

I have been waiting on these homes since learning about them last year. The builder and their sales team aren't transparent. Before their Grand Opening, if you were “lucky” to get an appointment, I'm sure it was a waste of time. Not only are their lots overpriced, but they wanted you to bid on them and offer your highest and best bid on the lot you were interested in. There is no follow-up unless you have a $ written all over you.
Their entire process seems so sneaky. The Algonquin location is the only location on their site to not have an Interactive site plan To inform you of which lots are currently available. Also, They have three floorplans for their landing series, And they are supposed to be over 100 homes. However, they have five floorplans for their estate Series, which I believe they’re only building 40 to 60 homes. Their logic is so backward.
Also, before Opening they are advertised starting price on their website was to be low 300s And Mid 200s. and to top it all off not even five days after opening the increased price on all of their models.
