You get your own garage and you're so close to all of the amenities you can just walk them. The staff is professional and friendly. I would highly recommend this community, especially for families.

Extremely disappointed, my husband and I are from out of town and his company only gave us until end of December to find a house and we are needing something with a garage which in Idaho there aren’t many. I called and could not get ahold of anyone either. Terrible experience.
