  Redtail is beautiful in and outside. Maintenance men are amazing here. Office staff is incredible. 1 to 5 5+

  Incredibly kind and welcoming staff! The entire property and grounds are gorgeous and the apartments are warm and cozy. Very lovely community!

  Worst apartment customer service, filled out an application and was instantly denied told I would get my $150 admin fee back I waited over 2 weeks to get my check and they shorted me $45! I got a check for only $105. That means I paid a $90 application fee?! This is an apartment out to take advantage of people and take their money!

  My husband and I shared our first apartment here. Lovely community! We loved the apartments, the big pool, and that it was pet friendly. You are probably wondering why only 3 stars. Everything was great until moving out. We have a small dog who is young, but is fairly well housebroken. She had a few accidents, but we promptly cleaned them up and the carpet was completely fine! Once we got all of the furniture out of the apartment the carpets just looked as though they needed to be cleaned (the carpet was not new when we moved in and the lady before us had a dog) but there were no rips or anything. Day of move out inspections comes around and while they are there inspecting the apartment they proceed to rip up all of the carpet to check the underside of it. There were stains on the underside and deemed that it needed to all be replaced. I had a deposit of $550 and all of that was spent replacing the carpet in the apartment. One of the stains they claimed was from us was where our couch and bookshelf was, so clearly we could not have spilled something or the dog could not have had an accident there. I also overpaid my rent that month so I had extra money towards any repairs. My husband also passed out and left a small hole in the wall. A hole in the wall cost me $110 to fix because enough dry wall and paint to fix a baseball size whole in the wall costs that much....Also charged me $6 on top of that for burnt out light bulbs...fair warning to everyone! This is a lovely place to live, but when it comes to moving out all they want it your money! Be wary if you have a pet that they will most likely replace the carpet and make you pay for it! After a $550 and overpaying my rent by $400 I only received $89 back after they charged me outrageous prices for repairs. It does not state in the lease you sign that they will physically rip out the carpet upon final walkthrough! It just says you are liable for damage. With a professional clean the carpet would have looked brand new. There was also no pet odor in the apartment. Just giving anyone a heads up.
