- KDKim DuttonMay 16, 20242.0Not very attention to detail. Vacant spots are overgrown with weeds spreading I to others yards. They ticket and boot people for parking in front of their own homes. The give eviction notices for pets without any investigation on what happened. Usually can be dealt with I guess but extreme measures for minor things. Tickets for things sitting outside yet the vacant lots are full of trash. Irrigation has been on for over a month yet we have none yet. It isn't even turned on We pay annual irrigation fees ourselves . No filters on the irrigation either. Can't ever get to mailboxes cause cars are stacked in front of. My dad's a very old man that doesn't get around very well and yet has to park somewhere else in order to get to his mail. After being here for 25 yrs you would think they could atleast make Mail more accessible to seniors . $500. PER house per month space rent on top of rent or house payment and no on-site manager or maintenance is ridiculous. Hoping that someone will pay attention to the needs of tenants in this park.
