  Great Staff! Brittany, Bri, Robbi answer the phone every-time I call and answer all and any questions I have. Super responsive, and honestly the kindest office staff I’ve ever had at a community I’ve lived at. Also shout out to maintenance my work orders get done super quick and if there’s something I have to wait on they let me know! 10/10 would recommend!

  Terrible communication from management. Neighbors leave their dogs outside 24/7 and are allowed to leave dog waste on the ground and their patio for months. Notified management multiple times but no action was taken as far as we can tell. Townhome itself is nice but good luck if you need anything from management.

  Moved in Dec 31, 2024, and had safety issues from day one — front door trim removed with exposed nails, left that way until late January. Reported major water leaks in May and June 2025, but months later they remain unresolved. Management repeatedly deflected responsibility to vendors and construction, leaving it to tenants to follow up instead of facilitating communication themselves. Emails often took several business days for a reply. On top of this, the pool was closed more often than not — sometimes with short notice, other times with no notice at all. Repairs now scheduled for September — after we’ve already moved out. Ending our lease early due to poor communication, lack of urgency, and unresolved maintenance. Edit(s): Update 08/17/2025: Please review the owner's response to my post. If you haven't noticed, it's a lot of unprofessional rationalization and deflection of responsibility. This is strong indication of lacking ownership, accountability, and placing blame on the tenant. I have done a lot of reading on Indigo Living Management (listed under Hubbell Realty Company) consumer reports via BBB and numerous other outlets, and it is a direct reflection of their management style performed at Rialto Townhomes. My suggestion, do your homework on the three subsidiaries that are components involving Rialto Townhomes. They are: 1. Hubbell Realty Company; 2. Indigo Living Management; and 3. Rialto Townhomes. Do extensive social media searches, consumer reports, and forum discussions involving #1 and #2. it will be apparent why my review is as critical as what is written. I don't wish ill will on Rialto Townhomes/Indigo Living Management. I hope this incident aids with the improvement of timely communication with future and current residents; as well as the development of professional courtesy and managerial responsibilities. There is a lot of room for growth to overcome these negative reviews. I wish nothing but the best Rialto Townhomes team! Update 08/18/2025: Rialto Townhomes management revised their comment. Please see attached photograph to see what they originally replied with. Further implication of deflecting responsibility, unprofessionalism, and substantiation of Indigo Management and Hubbell Reality Companies business practices—which has been widely negative via Google Reviews and outlets by other consumers. Additionally I have added photographs of the issues that may plague your unit if you decide to rent here.

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I absolutely LOVE living at Rialto! From the moment I moved in, everything has been perfect. The units are modern, SO spacious for my family, and filled with natural light, making it feel like home instantly. The amenities are top-notch, and the location is unbeatable—close to everything I need but still tucked away in a peaceful, quiet neighborhood. in a peaceful, quiet neighborhood. There are even beautiful spots nearby that are perfect for photography sessions for my business, essentially right in my backyard! Bri in the office is incredibly responsive and SO nice, always going above and beyond to make sure residents are happy. The property is always well-maintained and clean. If you're looking for a beautiful, hassle-free place to live, I highly recommend Rialto Townhomes. It's by far one of the best place I've ever lived!

  We love our townhome! The move-in and leasing process was so easy and the management was so helpful in helping us find a unit. They do a great job with upkeep around the community and our townhome is so cute! And in a great neighborhood. 10/10 would recommend living here!
