Or if you want to be treated like a person and not an application number, I suggest you seek another bank. If you bank with Wells Fargo and think you should use them as that makes the most sense (as I did because I am foolish and historically lazy), I suggest you seek another bank. Two stars for an extremely easy to use online portal though!
