  Kim was wonderful to work with. I was buying from out of state and she made the whole process so easy. She had so much knowledge of the area and took the time to point out details, the good and the bad, of every house we looked at. She is well connected and gave me referrals for everyone I needed once I moved in. I highly recommend Kim to anyone looking to buy or sell.

  We've worked with more than a few realtors over the decades and Kim Schillig is one of the best. She knows the market, she knows the business, she's a consummate professional and responsive. She is a trained negotiator and very effective communicator - which can be invaluable in real estate transactions. While one is supposed to keep emotions out of business deals - if you're selling or looking for your 'dream home' this is hard to do. Kim understands that. She helped us acquire our dream home! Plus, she's a really nice person too.

  My partner and I are first time home buyers, and we're so lucky to have had her support. She was clear, realistic, and patient from the minute we met her. She and her team took care to learn our needs and wants, and communication was always lightning fast, direct, and thoughtful. With her guidance, we were able to find our home in just a couple weeks. She even came to our housewarming party, and has offered to help with contacts, should we need anything now that we're settled in. Kim is truly a gem, and I'll be recommending her to everyone I can.

  Kim was amazing! We will never use any other agent in and around Iowa City. She helped us find the perfect house despite all the challenges we faced from the onset and even the disasters that befell us along the way. Kim helped us find the right home while my family and I were still living in California. She helped us track the market remotely and even took us on virtual tours using mobile video. She quickly understood what we were looking for and began recommending properties that made sense for us. When we finally got to Iowa City, we only had two days to find a home. Kim must have shown us over 10 properties. She implemented an incredible strategy to help us narrow down our list and find the right home. Kim provided us sage advice throughout the offer and counter process. She knows the market and is a phenomenal negotiator. Ultimately, the house appraised for exactly what she said it was worth. Then, after we had an accepted offer and were one week from closing, there was a plumbing failure at the house which destroyed the finished basement. We were back in California at this time and had to rely on Kim to keep us abreast of what was going on. She was responsive and always made time to answer all our questions. She told it to us straight, but she allayed our fears and concerns when we needed it. Kim masterfully negotiated the mitigation and repairs in our best interest. And, with Kim's help, we ultimately ended up with a better house than we initially bargained for. Even after closing, she provided us with support by managing our escrow agreement for the repairs that still needed to be completed. She stood by our side and continued to advocate for us until all the repairs were completed. If Wonder Woman was a realtor, she'd be Kim Schillig. We highly recommend Kim for all your home buying and selling needs.
