    On the positive side, the facilities look cleaner lately and there is more security.

    They nasty and dirty and dont have the amenities that they say they have. The elevator stays broke a lot and the kiosk for the door never got fixed

    I lived in this apartment community for five years and overtime thing started to decline however, since new management team took over I’ve noticed a real difference they made residence feel truly welcome. There’s noticeably less homeless people around the property and crime seems to have gone down, which makes me feel much safer. My work orders are finally being done, which was really frustrating before I feel happy to live in this place again. I like the management team. Seems like they really care about people in the community and I enjoy having friends come over again.

    I have lived here for over a year and the new management company has been great to work with. Finally someone is in the office.

    I have lived here for 4 years. We have been through every property manager so far. Recently we got new management. Apparently they are the old management that built the place. However they are worse than the people that have ran it before. We got rid of the previous security and for wise security. Tonight I called about problems happening on the property and was told I complained about the same thing last night and couldn't complain about it tonight. The management here is a joke and does nothing to help when there are problems. . They aren't making the community better they're making it worse
