Live here if you want mold coming out of the HVAC and growing on all of your belongings. Property will pretend to remediate correctly, but won’t cover your belongings although it’s coming out of the HVAC system. Several units are covered in mold and more and more continue to pop up. They put me into collection for $2,000 although it was inhabitable to live there and I have documented proof of them asking me not to reside in the building. I was ignored for over 2 months, then I was treated terribly by management and staff, as if I was the problem. I developed breathing issues and a rash all over my body.
The apartment is absolutely beautiful, probably the most beautiful in Des Moines, but it is NOT worth the health risk and the stress. DO NOT LIVE HERE.

Six year resident so I do like the building but I’m mostly still here because of the community. The maintenance staff are amazing (5-star). The management not so much (1-star).

I've been living here for a few months now but just have to write a review about the above and beyond service that I feel I have received since living here. Maintenance is very prompt as well as I can't say enough nice things about Angela overall. She has a million things to do whenrunning a building but still always finds time to help EVERY SINGLE issue/problem I've ever had. They don't even necessarily have to do with the building itself- I'm talking a lost package within USPS, unable to be home for multiple furniture deliveries, etc. These things really aren't her concern and yet she has come through for me 100% of the time. I owe her on multiple occasions more than I can write in this review. If you choose to join us here, I can assure you that you will be very happy with not only the building but the assistance from Angela and her team.
