Our experience here led us to leave in a matter of months. We hated it from day one, and it only got worse the longer we were there.
When we moved in, we were told the place had been cleaned up and was ready for us; this was no remotely true. Substantial repairs were needed, including tub resurfacing, disinfecting of the pantry, and more. Of those, only the tub resurfacing was done to satisfaction.
Among the problems we had were roaches literally on move-in. The pantry had been previously infested, and so some of the internal surfaces were caked in roach feces. Management "cleaned it" but didn't send a professional crew to do so, and so all they did was scrub it with some basic cleaner and paint over the semi-cleaned feces. We also had a mouse in the apartment within the first two weeks which forced us to put our food in sealed containers; we had to take care of that ourselves.
It was clear to us that upper management didn't want to hear from us about these issues anymore after we submitted half a dozen repair requests for the most egregious problems. They refused to do anything else after painting over the pantry despite, again, the surface being covered in semi-cleaned roach feces. We got a notice to cure not long after that for what we saw as a minor problem (the timing seemed suspicious to me), and then they had the audacity to demand money from us for choosing to leave instead of put our family through more hell. Lower management seemed very aware of the issues with our place. Upper management didn't seem to care one bit, and any effort we had to negotiate with them resulted in being told one thing on the phone and another thing in writing, and strongarm tactics after that. We were ultimately forced to hire a lawyer instead of dealing with upper management directly. We only paid to be done with it.
These were the most egregious issues for us. We also had other issues with miscommunication, including being told to acquire our own Internet via official resident emails and then being told the opposite in person. They never supplied the required equipment to switch, but they still charged us anyway despite it being their error. They wouldn't budge when we showed them the emails either.
If what you want is a roach-infested, mouse-infested place and upper management who don't seem to particularly care about the state of their property, then this is for you. But at least if you lived in a tent instead, the bugs and mice would be expected.

La chica que está en la oficina que habla inglés y español es muy atenta y me ayudó a resolver todas mis preguntas. Se necesitaba alguien que pudiera ayudar a los residentes. Es la alta llenita del escritorio de adentro.
