Alan Van Zee, Maura Shannon and the others on the company’s support staff are very efficient, courteous and professional in every respect. Since they work with multiple Hawaii banks and other financial institutions on a daily basis, they can provide customers with multiple options on interest rates and terms to help choose the best option for you. Further, their services are free to us. Since they are so well organized, and provide the local banks and other financial institutions with a steady flow of well-documented and pre-qualified prospective mortgagees, the lenders compensate them with a commission at no expense to the borrower. When I may need advice on another mortgage loan in the future, Alan will always be my first call!

Usually brokers/lenders are available and attentive to customers but Alan was clearly leagues more present than other lenders I've dealt with, and he helped me navigate the days & weeks of rate changes, locking, and all the pre-closing flurry of activities. Totally superb work. He and his team were trustworthy, timely, and honest. I look forward to calling Alan next time I need a mortgage or refinance.
