- KKKalamity KyleNov 26, 20251.0Don’t believe the bought reviews. Most if not all of the good reviews are from their real estate sales not their rentals. This company takes the shady property management to a whole new level. (EDIT: have to add they took a $2700 dollar security deposit on top of charging us $900, then $300 after we showed them photos proving them wrong.)The list is too long to even bother here. Wouldn’t address any major maintenance issues. Had a 2.5 bath and they wouldn’t fix the leaking toilet or broken bathtub despite us practically begging for a year and a half. We didn’t have the same kitchen hardware as the listed photographs, and it all leaked. Once they sent out two guys with single adjustable wrench between the two of them to “fix” leaking faucets that just continued to leak afterward. You pay 150/mo for pool maintenance. We went several months where we had no pool maintenance and had to buy our own. Surely they didn’t make me pay the 150 if I wasn’t getting service? No chance they charged me and treated us like it was our fault. When we moved out we asked for an additional day to get some things out of the house that were dropped on us last minute. They said absolutely not they have someone moving in that day. Over a week later they called to ask if we had vacated yet..I called it a loss.. it was merchandise that was unexpectedly in my possession for my job. They took it. Maybe $20k worth ? Possibly more. They then charged us to paint the cabinets that were in absolute disrepair since before we moved in. DESPITE us having clear pictures these cabinets looked exactly like they did before we moved in they claimed “the owner just still wants to charge you” so we paid for a guys paint, a guys pool, and for a house that was totally incomplete. Funnily enough before that we had a walkthrough and the lady said “we wouldn’t believe how bad” some of their rentals are, and how wonderful and clean ours was. I'll edit/add photos when a lying response comes in.
