- WHWendy HintonMay 30, 20251.0We traveled halfway across the country with appointments to visit apartments. Scheduled an appointment with River Crossing at 1:30. We were turned away (we arrive a little early) because the girls who shows the apartments was taking her lunch from 1-2. I was NOT waiting an hour for her to eating. After walking around we decided to leave. If that’s the service we will get from management, NO THANK YOU!! **Management responded to my review. The appointment was not under my name. It was under my daughter’s, Ashley. We DID have an appointment. And, whoever was in the office did turn us away!!

Barely reached out to us and never answered sometimes, we got a email saying we were approved conditionally and then he stated ignore that it's automated and it had to be approved by corporate and then we got an email again from the tenant screening saying it was denied. Called and asked "so the approved email is not legitimate but the unapproved one is legitimate" he states that's correct how the hell does that make sense. Waste of time do not apply here they just wanna steal your application Fee

The apartments would not pass code if it was inspected. Could be confused with section 8 housing. I would not recommend this complex due to its age..
