From inception, Dan and his team has always been very pleasant, courteous and most of all willing to listen to our issues and get results in the best possible legal way.   Dan and his team at PMI Reliance have been amazing to work with! Our HOA board has a few "difficult" personalities and Catie has done a great job by ensuring we stay on task. From proposal to current day management, PMI Reliance has done a phenomenal job. I would highly recommend them to any HOA.

  Edited Review: My experience with PMI has been problematic, marked by accusation with fabricating reasons without proper justification. I received notices for alleged violations that were entirely unsubstantiated. a violation was issued for significantly tall grass and weeds despite that I had a new sod installation last year and meticulous property maintenance . when requesting reason for the violation, Instead of outline the alleged infraction or point to a relevant rule or regulation, Sheryl completely fabricated stuffs for accusation to cover the alleged work done by her inexperienced son. Because of their lack professionalism, I had to write this to inform others. update 8/27/25: They closed the case and a fine was never issued.

  Every time I needed a question answered. The staff especially Sheryl follows up and responds quickly. What a great HOA.
