Initially, Finding his response was great. The application process was easy and smooth even if you don't exactly qualify to their terms they still provide one up guarantee which absolutely guarantees approval although I didn't need it my apartment I love high ceilings, making it really feel like home, however, on the Radco Management side is very careless with Landscaping trash and typical upkeep. After moving in They seem But then my tub clogged put in the maintenance request and after a week and a half later, somebody finally comes out after I had to initiate reminders several times. The gate does not work and indoor pool is under construction for some time . My door is a lil hanky and rigged, as wood is old within the door framing.
TJ The woman upfront can be nice, however, very condescending and each time a resident walks in she approaches with a demeanor that was very arrogant and condescending almost everytime. The first time I walked in I was on the phone, I pointed to say one sec, as she kept asking me " How CaN i hElP you".. instead overall management and Radco needs to heavily be improved on especially the contractors that do work for them, it's very lazy, drawers are sketchy, my sink faucet popped off, poor paint jobs, and wear and tear upon moving in... my agent was Miss Muhummed, very nice lady responds to inquires but not too urgently. She is attentive to concerns and needs as their addressed.

My Son was shot at this complex on 12:12:25. Apparently this is common at this complex they let anyone in . 1700 building were he was shot! The guy living there was on parole. Which is not allowed in state of Ga! No one in office will call me back! Automatic 30 day eviction!

I had my move in today . Mr Charlie and the team welcomed in the neighborhood with ringing the bell . Me and my kids have a great home loving the community thanks again to East Ponce and Charlie for the help you guys should definitely come out and ask for Charlie 🥰😍🤩

I just moved in to this complex yesterday. I will say at times it’s hard to reach people in the office to answer general questions! But from start to finish from Greg doing the actual showing and Sylver being my leasing agent it felt good to be back in my own space again! Syler was nice, never had an issue with her professionalism or customer service. I’ve never had a move in like this where they “ring the bell” to welcome you after signing your lease and everyone in the office congratulating you! That really made me welcome! I also LOVED that the leasing agent GOES WITH YOU, so they get so see anything that may not be up to par at the exact same time as you do and they report it right then which is what sylver did for me. It’s still very early on but so far so good!
