It's always a bad experience. I don't have a mailbox key after changing apt units 2 months ago. I'm still being hit with late fees after I was told there would be no extra fees due to the complex putting the wrong apt in rentcafe and I couldn't pay rent for several weeks after the 1st of the month. They don't return calls or emails. Arlo keeps sending late emails but won't get the info straightened out with the office. I had mold in my unit and had to throw things away and no reimbursement or nothing. This is the worst apt complex I've ever dealt with. Nobody in the office knows anything. They always say, we will get back instead of dealing with the issue right then.

Sylver W. was a gem from the beginning to the end of my process. Sylver talked me through the whole process of getting approved to my move in date. I had absolutely no idea if I would be approved or not. But Sylver quickly assured me that I had nothing to worry about and she would help me the best way she could. And TRUST ME she did just that. So I am a current resident. IF YOU WANT YOUR BUSINESS HANDLED I E. work orders or issue go STRAIGHT TO Charlie or Sylver, or the ladies upfront. MARKIESHA, who happens to be the head of management is EXTREMELY RUDE. She made it so clear today that SHE DOES NOT LIKE ME lol she kicked me out their AMAZING office because I came to follow up on my broken oven. It's still not fixed and she said "we have real emergencies, you need to leave". Mind you, I'm extremely kind and sensitive with the staff because I respect them but that lady is SO NASTY IN DEMEANOR lol. Be careful
