The rent increases significantly without clear notice, which feels extremely unprofessional—especially considering how poorly the building is managed. It honestly feels more like living in a college dorm than a real apartment complex. They constantly host pointless giveaways instead of investing that money into actual building quality and resident safety. The fire alarms go off frequently, are extremely loud, and cause constant disruptions. On top of that, there is a serious cockroach problem. Even though my roommate and I are very clean and tidy—we clean daily—we are always anxious and never fully comfortable in our own apartment. The hygiene and pest control standards are unacceptable. We also dealt with a severe mold issue, which is especially concerning. The apartment is not worth the price at all. The location is also very poor, as it is right next to a homeless shelter, which adds to safety and noise concerns. The building finishes are rushed and poorly done. We were told construction would be finished over the summer before move-in, but the move-in was delayed because they couldn’t complete it. As a result, everything feels cheap and unfinished—almost like the building is made of cardboard. I can hear every sound from the floor above and constant noise from outside traffic. Overall, this complex is overpriced, poorly managed, and extremely disappointing. I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere.
