  Dear Management, My name is Adnan Karadag, and I am writing to express my frustration regarding my vehicle being towed from the apartment parking lot due to an expired inspection. I was informed that I now need to pay $380 to retrieve my car, which seems extremely unreasonable. My vehicle has valid insurance and emissions, and it appears the issue was simply that the sticker date on the license plate may have been overlooked. Paying $380 over a $25 sticker issue does not make sense. Additionally, during the so-called free rent period, I was unfairly charged a $150 late fee, which was already unacceptable. Now, with this towing issue, it’s clear that the management here is far from professional. I am requesting that this matter be reviewed immediately and that the towing charge be waived or reimbursed. Once my lease ends, I will be moving out and will definitely not be recommending this property to anyone I know. Sincerely, Adnan Karadag

  William was nice. The swamp across the street from our apartment wasn't great and the constant break downs of the garbage compactor left absolutely massive dumps of garbage basically just laying out in the parking lot. These were constant part of, if not most of the year. Other than that, other services were prompt and clean and with a great attitude. Auto rent pay typically failed about 3-4 times a year and would end up with us having fees and threat letters on the door. These are the little things that brought us to a 3 rather than a 4 or a 5. That said the management and staff were always a pleasure to work with.
