    Didn't seem to see the apartment studio On the style as shown in article on line and didn't like the one she showed me had a little damage around it like the front door & couldn't get to look view it very well enough to decide

    With several different property management companies in the past I can say now with the new property management the leasing agent Shanika has really been helpful with all maintenance requests, she does a great job at answering all questions and giving a 5 star customer service every time I come into the office. She has definitely made the experience here more valuable than it has been before. Being a resident here for over 8 years now. I have really enjoyed my experience here and love how it's convenient for my children to attend the charter school in the area.

    Moved in since August 29th, the date this review is posted is 11/7/25 I have yet received a mail key, I’ve been going to the leasing office multiple times now to get the mail key or to see if there is any updates on getting them, the response was always “No body has been getting their keys, it should be here by the end of the week”…. But this was told to me the week before…and the week before that….I researched that withholding mail key is a federal offense…..I have mail notifications of important documents that I need. One time I caught the mailman before he left and asked if he had any mail for me. He mentioned that the mailbox for my apartment was marked as vacant, so he wrote my name down and even mentioned to me to make sure that I get my key, I STILL haven’t received it. Also my “walkthrough” with Myrical Beasley (who is my leasing consultant) wasn’t even a walkthrough, it was just unprofessional and when I first moved in the apartment was a mess, had spider webs and dust and that apartment smelled like weed. Beasley stated that she “cleaned” it herself because maintenance didn’t come, it wasn’t clean and I couldn’t get my room key till 2pm! My father was with me to witness it all. Also when riding the golf cart with her all she did was point to the laundry/gym area but didn’t tell me if it was a regular coin laundry or not. Last week I decided to finally wash my clothes there and I find out that to pay for washing you have to buy a card which is $10, I bought a card from the machine at the laundry room itself but when I went to add balance on the card it kept giving an error code, thankfully a RESIDENT told me that I was supposed to buy the card from the leasing office up front and load it up there also, they mentioned to me that the machine at the laundry itself don’t work when trying to add balance. Terrible customer service on Ms. Beasley’s behalf. This is my first ever experience moving out, I like how peaceful the area is but I’m not sure If I’m going to be renewing my lease though to be honest. Just terrible ghetto customer service smh

    The local management is not paying close attention to details… I currently have 2 ongoing issues with my lease. 1) new home owner insurance company called, “Get Covered”. And 2) contract policy renewal option called, RentPlus lease Addendum… neither of these new companies are welcome nor needed in my life, so why are they both being forced upon me all of a sudden? ( I have my own current and active third party insurance, but now a additional premium fee is being added to my monthly rent every month, also now I cannot renew my current lease because I can’t get passed the signature roadblocks in the online renewal portal unless I agree to join this optional addendum, which it’s not supposed to be mandatory… but apparently it is because this unwanted membership is preventing me from renewing my current lease… ) you would think the local management would be able to override these Roadblocks or at least escalate these issues up their chain to some one that can… I’ve never been late paying my rent, so why am I being treated like this issue doesn’t matter to me ?
