The website only showed rent at $805. We were suprised at the extra costs, but we are still pleased with the total monthly cost. Our move in went smooth. The only complaint is how the entrance door to the building, opens in instead of outward. Makes it difficult when entering with furniture or groceries. As you have to close the outside door before we can open the apartment door, we are downstairs behind the entrance the door.
