  Valet Trash was introduce to make extra money without no warning of violation at first & making money of you but when they did meet up their promise to pickup trash on time you get just an email & have trash sitting for 10days, you not a residence here but getting more money from you despite high rental cost. I saw people moving out of the apartment real quick deapite it a new apartment, becareful here before you sign a lease with them & you want to move out like the next day, the new management don't care about the residence they just smile to screw you up.

  Catt at the leasing office is the best manager. I swear to God, she's the kindest person I've met in the United States. I'm so grateful. She remembers the details of her promises to residents and always keeps her word. After I moved in, I couldn't use the internet for three months. I sent many emails, made phone calls, and visited in person, but Leasing office just told me to be patient and wait. I waited patiently for three months, but unfortunately, I still couldn't use the internet. Catt was different. When I explained my situation to her and asked for help, she solved my problem. She is truly the best.

  I really love living at Botanic in Pooler. The community is always clean and well taken care of, and the overall vibe is great. The staff is super friendly and easy to work with, and maintenance is quick whenever something comes up. My apartment is comfortable and feels like home, and the location is really convenient too. I’m genuinely happy living here and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to live in Pooler.

  This place deserves 5 stars!~ Its truly Luxury and I will tell you why, you are in town and 4 mins away from the interstate. Amazing clean gym with a cooling towel fridge! A place to host your friends and family and A MOVIE THEATER all you have to do is reserve! The front desk is so kind and always try's to find a solution to your request. You can always get free coffee or Hot Chocolate. The neighbors are so quiet and friendly. If you ever need doggy bags or something for your pet the front desk doesn't mind giving you these items. Also they pick up your trash at your door. There is so much going on at this apartment complex it feels like everyday i am on vacation! If your looking for a cheap and luxury place this is it! Also please keep your dog on a leash unless in the doggy area and pick up your poo! they will find you and bring you to the office~ LOL! They do not play about this~ after all I love living here!

  The property has improved under the new management and staff. Taylor has really turned everything around and the events are great and on point.
