  If you’re considering moving here, please be advised. I am a current resident, and I’ve been dealing with a serious maintenance issue for over two with no real action taken. There is an active leak in my guest/daughter’s bathroom that has now led to visible mold growth. I’ve contacted the management office multiple times, and nothing has been handled proactively. Maintenance came out once, cut a hole in my ceiling, removed a vent, and never replaced it. That was back in October we are now at the end of November and still nothing has been resolved. It’s clear they do not have the proper vendor for mold remediation, because this is absolutely not how this issue should be addressed. Mold is a health hazard, and the lack of urgency is unacceptable. Additionally, the office closes early on Saturdays whenever the property manager is not present, making it even harder for residents to get help. Think twice before moving here.

  As expected when making a move to a new location , things can be challenging at first, but when communication is free and ongoing, it makes the move a lot simpler. Cedric and Erica have both been instrumental in setting the tone for my move-in to be as less complicated as necessary !!! And hats off to the maintenance crew as many units they have to work around. They find the opportunity to satisfy as many as they can in one day thank you guys for all you do.

  I stayed here and the process to get in was ok, however the same week I moved in it rained and my daughters room, her bathroom, dining room area and kitchen flooded. Mind you, this was my first impression living here. Maintenance and a hvac company came to dry everything, cool. That weekend it rained and flooded AGAIN. Same process, but this time it went to the laundry as well as the previous rooms. So now, half the unit is basically unlivable. When the carpet guy came he let me know that his company had actually been to that SAME unit in the last few years for the SAME problem. After the leasing office told me they’d need to do construction, they put me in another unit. But wait, it gets better. Lahoma not only puts me in another unit that WASN’T even the same one I was in and it was smaller. She also TOLD me there was one that I had available on the second floor but wouldn’t let me have it at the same rate but was trying to charge me $300 more! I’m like but literally NONE of this was my fault???? Y’all knew this unit has had that same problem and won’t even give me the unit layout I originally had??? And only took $200 off my rent for a month? That was THEE worst experience I’ve ever had with an apartment. I was waiting on my house in that period and didn’t have time to start my search for ANOTHER place ALL over again. However, I finally ended up moving to Sandy Springs because the second unit they gave me was infested with spiders and roaches and had MOLD that started appearing on the walls in the pantry/laundry room! For what they charged you’d think it was semi luxury. AND to top it off the rent was a different amount EVERY month for new charges that would be thrown on there every month!

  I should have believed all of the negative comments before applying to this complex. I applied paid my money received an email stating your invitation to sign an application. When I called to verify this I received no response, two weeks later I received an email stating if I wish to complete my application ( my application was completed signed and my money paid) I drove by no one at the office , I called several times no response! And I never have received my money back…. Which leads me to believe applying to this complex is a scam. I don’t see how anyone can rent from them. Further renters please don’t attempt to rent from this complex…. There is a lack of a management presence and no empathy for any of their residents….zero stars!!!!
