- SSShakinaFeb 16, 20241.0Please do not move here! You pay for a gated community and the gate will be not reinstated EVER according to the assistant manager. Over 50 cars were broken into on 2/15/2024 including mine. The office send out an email stating that “EVERYONE IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THEIR OWN SAFETY”. How do you write that to a traumatized community. Every other day the water is off at random times of the day. There’s a bunch of things that are going on and they are aware of the issues. You will never hear from the property manager you always get her little sidekick the assistant manager that responds to emails when she feel like it. The comments that have 5stars are fake don’t believe them. Rent at your own risk‼️
- AAAlexandria AndrewsFeb 21, 20231.0DO NOT MOVE INTO 2903! The neighborhood is beautiful and quiet but this apartment building has bad bugs and mold. I contacted the office on many occasions and I was told that it was just candle smog and then they proceeded to clean it with mold cleaner. I left a few pictures. Just leave the whole 2900 building alone.
