I’ve been living here for about 5 years and I’ve seen so many management companies come and go. Maintenance don’t know how to fix anything. Will mark work orders completed and never been to my apartment to even fix anything. ROACHES!!! THESE APARTMENTS ARE INFESTED WITH THEM IVE STAYED IN THREE DIFFERENT BUILDING AND ITS THE SAME ISSUES. The breezeways are filthy, been saying for months about pressure washing and have yet to do it. I can go on and on but it’s too much. Roaches, nasty breezeway, mold. That’s what you’re getting if you move here. Most definitely not worth it.

- DEDillion EverettMar 25, 20251.0Issues continue to arise after I was forcibly moved to another unit “due to the foundation not being up to code.” This post will not be removed as it seems to be the only way to get anything done here. The office team at 1 Park Central refuses to take accountability for their actions and charged additional fees for us to move units against our will. After I was contacted by corporate in an effort to preserve a relationship, I was credited partially for fees I accrued. After providing further proof of more fees I was charged for outside utilities, I was told that they had done all they could and the remainder of my concessions would not be met in “an attempt to remain fair to other residents.” On top of everything, the unit they moved us in to is infested with roaches. We have been in the unit a month now and are still experience a disgusting amount of roaches crawling all through our cabinets and countertops. Office management insists that their pest control company will not visit consecutive weeks in a row “to prevent from chemical immunity.” A supervisor from their pest control company visited my apartment recently and assured me that the office was not telling me the truth. I was told by a supervisor that their company does and will visit multiple weeks in a row to do what it takes to resolve pest issues. This office is dirty, unfair, liars and downright power abusers. My lease will not be renewed come 2026.
