  As an HOA and Property manager myself in the Atlanta area, I know how difficult managing properties can be. However, our stay was absolutely seamless from check-in to check-out, thanks to the incredible PMI North GA Mountains team. Every detail was thoughtfully handled, and when I couldn’t figure out how to turn on the string lights, they responded immediately, making our stay that much more enjoyable. They’ve clearly provided excellent guidance to the property owners. The beds were unbelievably comfortable, the kitchen was fully stocked with everything needed for cooking and baking, and the overall setup showed real care and attention to guest comfort. The Blue Traditions property in Blue Ridge had so many thoughtful touches like a record player, guitar, fire pit, and more, that made it feel truly special. Highly recommend this team for creating a stress-free, memorable, and wonderfully curated short-term rental experience!

  Reset Ridge might be the most beautiful place I’ve ever stayed at. The cabin was amazing and the scenery was something spectacular!! While there, we had a minor issue with a smoke detector and it was quickly resolved with one call to Bryan. Justin and Savanna dropped by to fix it and were extremely helpful and pleasant to talk to. I highly recommend PMI if you are looking for an incredible experience or in need of property management. We will definitely stay there again!!

  Firefly Ridge was the perfect place for us! The house was in a very private location and nicely furnished for all of our needs. The downstairs gameroom area was the neatest space - perfect for rainy days (which we had)... and the large deck with fireplace and TV was most inviting, rain or not. Best of all, everything inside and out was VERY clean. We travel with our dog and pet friendly rentals aren't always well kept, but Firefly Ridge was! We were also close to Downtown Blue Ridge and within driving distance to so many other towns, making for a nice vacation. Highly recommended!

  We had a wonderful time at Horizon Ridge! Everything was sparkling clean when we walked in along with the breathtaking views surrounding the home! It was remarkable to have that view and not a treacherous road leading to it. It was one paved driveway ! Amazing! They had everything you would need for your stay. My only recommendations would be having at least one king bed on property and for the beds to have toppers on them for extra comfort, maybe a little bookshelf with some books too would be fun. But other than that it was an amazing place to stay. Blue ridge town was very cute ! The General restaurant which is an old bank was delicious. Visiting near by towns are a must too, Including brasstown bald with views of all 4 states of mountains. Thank you!

  We stayed in the "Berry Refined" home. Our recent stay was absolutely phenomenal—a truly perfect escape. This home is a work of art, and we were immediately captivated by the interior design. We particularly loved the thoughtful and eclectic blend of interesting textures and shapes throughout the decor, which made every room a visual delight. It was clear that great care was taken in curating this space, making it feel both sophisticated and deeply welcoming. Beyond the aesthetics, the comfort level was outstanding. The home was impeccably clean and provided a wonderful sanctuary, both inside and on the exterior patios. Waking up to the amazing views every morning was a highlight and instantly set a tranquil mood. Our time here was exactly what we needed; it was simultaneously relaxing and wonderfully revitalizing. We thoroughly enjoyed every minute and wholeheartedly recommend this beautiful property to anyone seeking a luxurious and inspiring getaway.
