I have been in this community for about a year and a half. Ms.Donnica in the leasing office has been the best decision they have made staff wise. She is so knowledgeable, professional, efficient, and courteous. You can always rest assured she will get whatever you need taken care of without several reminders or an attitude. I feel relief when I call the office and she answers!

My experience was great. I’m hoping to move in soon. The floor plans I seen were nice. It was quite during the day on a Saturday

I have enjoyed my occupancy here over the last past couple of months but, I'm very disappointed with the amenities for the price you pay in rent you expect amenities to be up to par. The bark park is just in horrible condition, how do you expect animal owners to take their pet there ?... It's in bad condition not to mention the dog stations are filthy and all of them not some need to be addressed on a regular basis. We're in hard times and people work to hard for their money so it would be nice to come home from a hard day's work to a fully functioning community. I do appreciate the gate being functional the majority of the time and its quiet enough just a little bit more caring is needed.

The property looks nice at first glance, but once you’ve been here a while, you start noticing a lot of things being overlooked. The landscaping crew comes around often, but the straw and grass areas are patchy, and pet waste is constantly left behind. The pet waste stations stay full for days, and it’s frustrating when residents who do clean up after their pets can’t even use them.
The bark park could use some real maintenance — the overgrown vines, branches, and poison ivy creeping through the fence make parts of it unsafe for pets. The fire pit hasn’t worked in a long time, and the gates to the pool and gym areas are hit or miss with being locked, which can be really inconvenient.
Maintenance is another story. They’ll start on a repair but often don’t return to finish it, and communication about when or if they’ll be back is usually nonexistent. Management changes so often that it’s hard to know who’s actually in charge, and the follow-through just isn’t there.
The neighborhood itself is quiet, and the staff are friendly when you see them, but the lack of consistency and care in keeping things up really brings the experience down.
This place could be amazing with the right attention and accountability — but right now, it just feels like too many corners are being cut.
