  Where do I begin? Friends first mortgage if you are looking for mortgage, James is your guy from the first day we spoke on the phone to the last day of the closing he was there for us. He was working with us step-by-step. He was there for every little problem you’ve ran into he was there to help, it was not his problem to work on, but he was there to help us .we tried to purchase the house for last 2-3 years and we couldn’t but we got preapproved less than three days signed contract December 9th had a closing on December 19th .What else do I need to say to you if you looking to purchase the house James is your guy. but wait, even after we closed on the house, he still reaches out and ask if we need any help or any questions he’s there to answer . If we had more stars to put definitely he would get them
