We were able to purchase and close on a VA loan in two weeks but got bumped to two and a half weeks due to circumstances on the seller side. This was way sooner than with financiers from Savannah, who wanted four weeks. James asked important questions about what we were comfortable with on our payment. We did some buy downs and got a great rate and a payment that works for us! Would highly recommend. Very hands on, taking questions anytime of day.
