The apartment sucks. The review must be fake or being deleted. I have just moved out here. The apartment I applied for was given to someone else. The rudeness in the office if you can get someone in the office or to answer the phone. It’s always the same thing either they don’t know or they are the only person in the office and can’t really help. I moved in at the end of November 2025 with Greg the leasing agent and it has been down hill since. Dishwasher doesn’t worked and never have, the mold on the vent in the living room, the floors have stains, the carpet has stains, the blinds are tore up in the living room and my tub is peeling and looks like it just has paint sitting in it dried up. Oh let’s talk about the fire hazard of a microwave. I had to beg them to get it out my apartment for two weeks because it sparks fire. Never replace, just put a vent hood up instead of replacing the microwave never fixed the holes on the wall from removing the microwave. Oh and they just add extra fees on your rent and my rent went up because they gave my apartment I applied for and got approved for away and will not speak to me about my rent going up nor the extra fees. I have done all I can trying to reach out to these people and just get the run around or get told by Greg I act like he don’t do his job. To me it’s not being done. I have been speaking with him since November and no changes have come. He will not get his higher up to reach out to me, not a property manager, not a regional manger nor anyone from the Radco company. If he is only a leasing agent I should not have to go back and forward with him if he clearly can not help the residences. Now since Radco has sold the apartment we really can’t get anything done although they are still here until the new company takes over. I’m on my last string with them. I think I’m just going to have to contact a lawyer. I have emails, voice notes, photos and text. Oh and Greg has deactivated my residence portal after going to the office after he asked me to come up there and don’t want me to feel any type of way and just saying I’m acting like he’s not doing his job. I just had surgery in December and it’s to much. I can’t access my account because it was deactivated on the 8th after trying to speak with them.

I came to help my friend move out of his apartment when I encountered his hidden roommate. This complex has a black mold problem that has been ignored by apartment management. Not only is this a major health hazard for the elderly population who reside here but also a mass oversight in public health by the apartment maintenence and property management team. For this 2 bedroom unit to go for around $1550 a month having growing semi permanent black mold tenant does not seem to fit into this rental picture. Do not rent here it's an active bio hazard.
