  I truly don’t know where to begin when describing my experience at this community. While the office staff have consistently been respectful, kind, and willing to do what they can within their limits, the overall execution of management and corporate oversight has been extremely disappointing. Since moving in, my car has been broken into twice, and a tragic murder occurred in broad daylight at the park located directly behind my unit a park where my child often plays. Although I understand the office staff cannot control everything, the lack of effective preventative measures has made the community feel unsafe. On the nights my car was broken into, security was present but appeared inattentive, which raises major concerns. In addition, loud gunshots and blaring music are frequent disturbances that disrupt my family’s rest and create an ongoing sense of unease. What I once believed would be a safe and family-friendly environment has proven to be the opposite. Attempts to escalate my concerns to corporate have been ignored entirely. Calls, emails, and voicemails have gone unanswered, despite providing detailed evidence through video footage and photos. I’ve also filed over 15 police complaints, yet nothing has improved. It seems that as long as rent is paid, tenant well-being is not a priority. I have lived here for a little over a year and a half, and unfortunately, my experience has been far from pleasant. Most families cannot simply uproot their lives when faced with these issues, which makes the lack of accountability even more frustrating. If management and corporate leadership truly addressed resident concerns, I believe this community could thrive and attract more long-term residents. As it stands, however, I would strongly advise prospective tenants to reconsider before signing a lease. This community is not suitable for those who work from home, have children, or value a safe and peaceful environment. If constant noise, frequent gunfire, and a party atmosphere are acceptable to you, then this may be a fit. Otherwise, I suggest looking elsewhere.

  if you needed a sign to move in, USE THIS!! i took a tour July 26, spoke to Nicole and that’s when i knew i HAD to move in. she talked me through everything, and helped me apply for the studio apartment, when i paid my application fee, not even week later i received a text saying i got ACCEPTED!!!!! i’m extremely excited to move here in October. everything was nice and clean and i felt very safe touring the apartment. thank you Nicole and i will see you soon!!!

  Update: From a 5 to a 2 in a week. Customer Service Is EVERYTHING From the my first call last Wednesday until now, I have been transparent about my unique situation, what I was looking for with pricing being the driver. On the call that I listen to last week the lady was told, when she had completed her prescreen “yes, your application came through and you have a conditional approval. You need to upload your paystubs and your ID. I’ll send you a OneCredit app and my manager will look at it Monday for final approval. Sounds easy, right? My process has been one miscommunication after another; excuses for why what was advertised on the website wasn’t matching what I saw and experienced first hand, misleading information and unnecessary hoops and gymnastics in a process that should have been really simple. For example, I was unable to link full access to my bank accounts to verify my deposit history. So to expedite time, I asked could they just reach out to my employer (which is a global corp); then I asked if my employer sent an Employer Verification letter directly would that work since they approve based on Offer Letters? I was told no because I have been on my job so long. Make that make sense. It comes across as a bait and switch; taking advantage of my vulnerability and urgent timeframe. I am 4 days of time wasted, no closer to moving than I was a week ago, completely stressed and disappointed in my premature favorable review.

  Ms. Tiffany and Chris are the best! They helped me get a better home and are very friendly. Everything was quick and easy. Definitely would recommend.
