- RRRaiden Rai1 day ago1.0I moved in in September here it is January and I’m still fighting to get rid of Roaches There are lights that do not work. They outlets that do not work. Dishwasher has a horrible smell when you use it I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Roaches and all other outside bugs neighbors who sit in front of the apartment and shoots in the air early morning even though you have kids going to school the next morning leasing is trash the two ladies that was in office when I first moved here no longer works here the Manager is a con artist I moved out December 1 2025 and turned in my keys with a 60 days notice charged for a move out date for December 15 they refusing to give me my deposit back you can’t be late past the 1st unless you want an add on 300 dollar fee also they love breaking into the mail box’s I had to buy a P.O. Box cats always around you can’t even order groceries to your door neighbors feeding the cats and random people walking by at night looking around your door also you have to be let in the gym but the leasing always closed Also they big on break ins you catch a couple apartments windows boarded up so good luck with that don’t move in here unless you desperate and this your last option anyone else experiencing these same issues I’m working on a law suit I be happy if others join because these issues are unacceptable

There was a mound of trash behind a building they were showing me and I was told it would be gone when I moved in but I unfortunately did not believe that---because it shouldn't have been there in the first place. Lastly their $200 admin fee is not refundable even though it's supposed to be according to new laws proposed by the big wigs. Either way if you need somewhere to live it's fine for temporary but they need to put more into the property, especially charging $1500 for 3 bed rooms, trash should be non-existent.
