I was then confirmed for that time via text message on Friday afternoon only to receive another text message later that evening stating that I was confirmed for 11am. I figured they texted again by mistake and I started not to reply but I did, informing them that I had already been confirmed for 3p as that was the time I requested and the time that I would be available. I even sent a screenshot of the message I received but accidently sent the confirmation for the 11am appointment. I immediately corrected my error and reiterated that my appointment was scheduled for 3p and that was the time I was available. I then received another message stating that I was confirmed for 11am and told that no other appointments were available for that day. HOW IS THAT IF I WAS ALREADY SCHEDULED FOR 3P... RIDICULOUS! DO BETTER!
