The level of communication from the staff has been consistently unclear and unhelpful. Homeowners are not receiving clear information regarding assessments, and there have been no updates provided even after multiple follow-up requests. This lack of transparency makes it difficult to understand the basis for their actions, which, based on our observation, do not appear to align with stated HOA board guidelines.

The staff is nasty and rude if you do agreed with what they are saying they get nasty. They want you to pay money that isn't owed and thinking people are beathe them. You put your pants on the same way I do one leg at a time. We are people to and demand to be treated as such. What do you expect if the management or the supervisor is rude the rest of the staff will be and the same way. The entire staff needs communication, and courtesy training starting with the supervisor first
