She has always been professional and extremely helpful, but one particular day I needed a matter addressed. This matter persisted all weekend long. With seemingly no help being rendered to resolve the matter, I went into the office on Monday (3rd trip) and spoke to Desiree. She immediately went to investigate. When I returned home, the matter was resolved. (I will not go into detail about the matter, but it was constant throughout the night and day.) Desiree embodies responsible leadership, the kind that I expect from professionals. Her concerns and care for our community is readily apparent in her work ethics. As soon as you move in everything is a mess they have an overwhelming cockroach no matter what you do you can’t get rid of it. Communication with the office is basically non existent. When you call for something that is broken no one show up or if they come nothing has been fix. This place is a nightmare.

I was offered cookies & coffee, which so happen to be two of my favorites. Britany answered all the questions I had and the tour of the community was nothing short of amazing & informative. It’s a great location for me and my furry friend and we can’t wait to call it home.
