  To the Executive leadership of the Lakeside Villas: I want to highlight the exceptional service that I received from one of your representative on the management team here at Lakeside Villas—Ms. Desiree. She has always been professional and extremely helpful, but one particular day I needed a matter addressed. This matter persisted all weekend long. With seemingly no help being rendered to resolve the matter, I went into the office on Monday (3rd trip) and spoke to Desiree. She immediately went to investigate. When I returned home, the matter was resolved. (I will not go into detail about the matter, but it was constant throughout the night and day.) Desiree embodies responsible leadership, the kind that I expect from professionals. Her concerns and care for our community is readily apparent in her work ethics. She brings value to your organization and our community! I want to take this opportunity to salute Desiree for her kindness, leadership and professionalism. Job well done!!! Proud Resident, H. L.   Save yourself from that apartment, they are big scam. As soon as you move in everything is a mess they have an overwhelming cockroach no matter what you do you can’t get rid of it. Communication with the office is basically non existent. When you call for something that is broken no one show up or if they come nothing has been fix. This place is a nightmare.

  The communication here is awful. 1. Prior to move in I was told to reach out to the power company set up service. Never received communication. Found out later I was supposed to use the Lakeside Villa address which was never shared with me not 1992 Lovejoy. So I was charged a $50 penalty by Lakeside Villas, again was not communicated. 2. Also there's a monthly fee for Pest Control added to the rent charge. However if you do not put your name on some list letting them know you need treatment it does not happen. The only way I knew there was an email we received 8/11/2025, Thanking residents for their concern. Pest services will start next Monday and if you "want" treatment you will have to be added to the list as they are starting with a new Pest control company. Lastly, I truly apologize for this post, hopefully if miss communication or lack there of, are adjusted or changed future residents will benefit.
