She passed on June 24, 2018 I immediately notified there office and said we'd have the house clear out asap, hired a carpet cleaner etc I personal cleanee the house including wiping out all cabinets which where not done when my mom moved in I have picture, we scrubed the screen porch clean .upon dropping the key off the morning of the second of July I requested the deposit returned to myself as Ms Darla took a check from myself for said deposit...under the law she had 30 days to notify myself in writting why the wouldn't return the deposit today July 7, 2018 I call she tells me the carpets had to be cleaned funny I have the carpert company who clean them now ready to testify they indeed where when requested why they didn't do a walk through I was informed I never request one!!! When I requested her realtor license number she refused to supply myself with one futher stated she rented to my mother and not me funny she must think I delete emails...hmm all are safe and sound on my desktop server showing she felt with myself to get her monies this woman is truly scum and I have now made it my mission to shut her slumlord ways down!!! She required a pet deposit so any damages this covers to her precious 39 year old carpets..I was not notified in writting of any so called damages clearly they do this quite often to people time for their office to be closed
