We also had tv’s hung up and we patched the holes and everything but I guess since they had to paint the walls, they charged us for that! Neighbors here are nosy and complain about footsteps above them. Leasing office also lets tenants get away with their dogs peeing on the balcony’s. Overall not worth the money at all. Also the dog park is an overgrown part of the woods that on one should take their dog to.

They require tenants to notify them sixty days prior to the date they have in the contract or you are required to pay for additional time. Makes no sense. Other than that the property is good and the staff are nice.

They have broken into vehicles in multiple occasions and they refuse to put cameras and better security. At first they will act friendly and then provide no assistance when needed. They wash theirs hands.. in addition they will change the lease terms and not even provide a heads up. Save yourself the headache.
