To be able to rent from a very professional, courteous, caring & understanding property management company has truly been a breath of fresh air. The townhome I am renting is in great condition. However, anytime maintenance is needed, Rafet & Elizabeth ensure the requests are handled in a timely manner. At all times, they have also followed through by asking me to provide feedback as to whether the job was completed correctly and to my satisfaction. I have never experienced such care and professional follow up & am an extremely happy, amazed and grateful tenant.

The difference in our daily stress has gone from 100% to nearly ZERO. The Residents are instructed to call PMI South and so far, with the exception of one or 2, that has happened. There prompt and very fair with pricing. Elizabeth and Rafet (alone with their contractors) have gone above and beyond to work with us and with our Residents. They can and do-- do it all. Thank you.
