It’s been a long bumpy road but this place is growing on me a bit. It has a bug problem here and there but that’s honestly about it. The maintenance team is amazing, especially James! They have kept me here for this long. I plan to renew.

Exceptional Team and Great Community! I had an excellent experience at The Point at Perimeter! The community is beautiful, well-kept, and conveniently located, but what really stood out to me was the amazing team in the leasing office. Everyone was welcoming, professional, and clearly enjoys what they do — it creates such a positive and comfortable atmosphere. A special recognition to Marcell Copeland, the Leasing Specialist — She was outstanding! Marcell was patient, professional, and genuinely cared about helping me explore my options. Her friendly personality and attention to detail made the experience smooth and enjoyable from start to finish. Even though I wasn’t able to move forward at this time, I truly appreciate the respect and kindness I was shown. If you’re searching for a community with a top-notch team, I highly recommend The Point at Perimeter — and make sure to ask for Marcell!

You get what you pay for. It does not have the nicest bells and whistles that Downtown apartments offer but for the price, you def get more sqft - just to put into perspective. The application process was less than ideal but what place in ATL is a smooth application anyway? I can also chuck it to internal management perhaps. Now onto the location - the initial tour of the place seems very promising but after living here for several months I understand what I am giving up in DT and what I am gaining here. Its not a perfect place but its far from quiet despite being tucked into Dunwoody. Plenty of families and a great place to be a starter home if you have small kids, but if you dont, and are someone who values quiet afternoons/evenings and even weekends. I would suggest looking elsewhere or just get used to dodging kids (or their toys and bikes!) on the parking lot. Not the most dog friendly place either. The gym - not perfect but it has enough to be passable. The location is nice that its walkable to 2 other larger gyms - Crunch and LA Fitness. Walkable to publix and target. Due to the area being more woodsy - expect more bugs. Cicadas and roaches. Just be mindful this doesnt always mean its the apt itself, but remind where you're living and especially if your unit is next to areas with lotsa trees. Management is responsive (when they want to be) but I would say maintenance is decent and I hope it stays that way. The most we've had to wait on maintenance was less than 3 days since posting a request. So again, pick your battles and overall. Not a terrible experience.
