I loved living here the last year. And I just renewed my lease. The maintenance is very quick and nice people. It’s spacious and overall quiet. I’ve had no problems with previous management personally and they’ve been helpful with any concerns I’ve had. I will say with the switch in management there might already be some issues. I called due to some things I didn’t understand with getting my renter’s insurance updated with the new company and called to get some kind of an understanding because I believe I used the wrong set up. The woman on the phone, Heather was very rude. She talked over me and had a condescending tone most of the conversation and I don’t think she completely understood what I was asking. She didn’t try either because she kept talking to me like I was stupid. I was respectful through most of it but once I called out her rudeness she tried to change her tone but was quick to hang up and my problem is still in the air. I’ve never had anyone who worked here speak to me that way and I’ve never been a demanding tenant.

I recently moved out of and my experience with the property management has been extremely frustrating and unprofessional. Despite sending multiple emails (at least eight) and making more than 20 unanswered phone calls during office hours, I only received one response after two weeks. That response simply stated there were no repair charges but provided no clear instructions for paying the final rent. Since then, I have been unable to access the RentCafe resident portal, even after trying continuously, and the property manager has not responded to my repeated calls or emails for over a month. This lack of communication and accountability has made what should be a simple move-out process unnecessarily stressful. The complete disregard for tenants’ time and repeated failure to provide clear information demonstrates a serious lack of professionalism. Future renters should be aware that once you move out, you may struggle to receive any timely support or resolution from management.

I had the pleasure of touring the property with Cynthia and was very impressed with both her professionalism and the overall experience. While I greatly enjoyed the tour, I would be interested in a more upgraded unit.

I did a tour today and I absolutely love it. The customer service was very professional and also gave a lot of useful information. Personalities was great and the units looked exactly like the pictures. Would definitely recommend moving there.
