But first let me say there was a special on your website that said if you moved in by the end of August you would get September's rent free. I did not receive that promotion. Although my unit was supposed to be ready on the 15th of August. I think I moved in the last week of August instead due to the unit not being ready. The manager only charged me a total $600 due to the delay, but I would have rather received the free month. Also, my rent for September was $1265.00. October's rent was $1337.00 which caught me off guard. Seemed as if I was double charged. I paid it, but I like to know in advance what my rent amount would be because I plan my bills out. Other than that thank you for the easy transition.
