  Tyler Chenault is who I was working with for a property in Flowery Branch. We were actively in contact throughout the application process. After my fiancé and I applied (each paying the application fees) and paying an extra amount towards pet screening, we were told the property was already rented out to someone else and they put a deposit down while we were applying. This is extremely frustrating to hear after spending a large amount of time preparing documents and making sure everything was sent in and done correctly. I believe it is extremely unprofessional for me to not be told someone else had been approved and a deposit had been put down while he was aware we were applying.

  PMI North Atlanta was a dream property manager. When I called about the property last August, David was able to show it to me on that same day. Everything about the lease and paying rent was seamless on the RentVine app. The team was always incredibly responsive to any communications. I would definitely rent from PMI North Atlanta again in the future.

  I wouldn't advise anyone to do business with them. They made me pay for the application and pay for my dog's insurance and in the end they didn't even do our application. Terrible communication. David made a terrible contact with us

  Working with PMI North Atlanta has been a great experience so far. David is very responsive and found a great tenant for my property. He also has a lot of experience managing properties in North Atlanta area which we greatly benefited from. I would highly recommend them.

  I wanted to rent a location in Dunwoody. I was extremely transparent with my situation and it took over a week for a response from PMI. When you are moving and you have to hit a deadline in a pandemic it causes stress. It is nice to think people would be respectful of that deadline. I have left David Kane a message for a explanation as to why it was taking so long for a property that has been listed for 97 days and have yet to receive a response. I think when you are dealing with the roof over someone's head proper respect of time is essential and this was not my experience. I applied for the EXACT same complex and was approved in 1 day with similar stipulations. I was curious to see the response of PMI considering the delay and it was disappointing. The other David was great and responsive, the owner not so much. Will steer away from this company in the future
