    Have a two bed, two bath. I have a great view of the dog park. Been here 6 months and absolutely love love it!! Definitely up scale living!!

    I absolutely love living here! The community is beautiful, and the amenities are top-notch — everything is always clean and well-maintained. The office staff truly make this place feel like home. Sophie, Annie, and Marley are amazing — they’re always friendly, professional, and quick to help with anything that comes up. It’s clear they really care about the residents. I couldn’t be happier with my experience living here and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to live!

    Alta Northerly is such a great place to live and has a friendly staff that makes me feel at home! I wanted to shout out leasing agents Sophie and Annie for working hard to ensure that I would find my perfect apartment. Out of all the apartments I have lived at, Alta Northerly has been my favorite by far!

    Absolutely outstanding place to live, loved every day I have been here. Sophie made the process of living here super simple and was very kind hearted, could not of done it without her. Amazing staff, especially including maintenance. Leslie is top of the line when it comes to getting work orders or anything you need done. Grounds are always kept up great. Would recommend anyone in the area looking for a place to live, that this is the nicest one you’re gonna find.
