  I toured with Marley and loved it! It's pet friendly and right off 400 for my commute. The amenities were very clean and I had a great tour. Excited to move soon.

  I would like to start off by saying that the office staff and maintenance are great so I have been holding off for a long time on leaving this review because they are truly amazing. However, I just got done cleaning dog poop off of my shoe and my FOOT! We have stepped in dog poop about 5 times now. You have to watch your every step as there is dog poop literally everywhere by the 4000, 5000, and 6000 buildings. Not only is this disgusting, but it’s also unsanitary. Many residents do not leash their dogs, so I would assume they don’t pay attention when their dogs poop. Please be respectful to your neighbors and pick up after your dog!!

  I love this community so much! I’ve been here 2 years and I have zero complaints. Everyone is so kind ( residents and office staff). The construction going on currently is not loud or noisy whatsoever and hasn’t caused traffic so don’t let that stray you from this great area. It’s a close enough commute to so many fun things from hiking trails to shops and restaurants.

  First and foremost I want to say that the leasing office staff has been nothing but kind since I moved into these beautiful apartments. But as a resident who looks for peace where they reside I would like to share a few things with future residents who may be thinking about living here. If you are a person of color, please expect to get targeted for any and everything that may occur in your building. My guy friend and I are the only two people of color in our building/floor and since we've moved in we have had nothing but problems with other residents complaining of things that are NOT true. First it's noise complaints but we're not even in the apartment? HA how stupid could you be... THEN it's "we have a witness that you saw you doing x, y, z, and its a complete LIE. I don't know what it is, seems like we're famous around here in building 5000 because people love to watch what we do then try to find ways to torment us by making false accusations and causing unnecessary stress. Or maybe because they see a BLACK 6"4 MAN come into the apartment and they automatically assume that person smokes marijuana when in reality that person is a professional athlete which you've most likely seen on TV. My point in this review is that I am TIRED. I want to be LEFT ALONE! I see many residents doing things that go against the policy like not picking up after their pets, smoking tobacco products outside on their balcony, no parking spots for residents because the younger population have people over every weekend. This is not right nor is it fair. So if you're looking to be treated equally, PLEASE go somewhere else. These residents discriminate!!!!!!! P.S. I've been dealing with construction going on directly in front of my building as well as the side of my building to the point where my apartment shakes, my dog starts barking, my son wakes up from his nap, I could go on and on and on but never have I EVER went to the office to complain. But the moment the office hears something without having any actual evidence they're quick to come after you. Just something to keep in mind.
