Came and toured with Sharrod who is an amazing leasing agent, he's polite, speaks well, knows the property details, I'm sure he could sell you free water. I hope he gets everything he deserves because he absolutely deserves it how he really was welcoming and helpful actually wanting to show us a unit. However, upon getting ready for the tour he said he needed to cross reference his available units with a ready board I let him know online had an apt listed as available he checked the site wrote down available units and went to an office and came back and said he can show us a unit. When we got to the unit he asked us to stay on golf cart while he peeps in the unit mind you the rain started coming down as soon as we left the office but he had placed down things so we can sit on the cart and not have wet bottoms (it was 3 of us) He really went beyond. back to the unit once he peeped his head in he said I cant show you that its not ready. We went to the other unit that was listed as online and he did the same thing he peeped in and said not ready. The last unit was a hit it looked good and we thoroughly enjoyed our tour I just think if you all list something as available then those units should be able to be toured. He even allowed us to just hang out afterwards and have coffee in the office kitchen area.

Everyone’s experience is their own, but this has been truly disappointing. I’ve only been in this apartment for 24 hours and I’m already dealing with multiple serious issues. There are roaches, which is unacceptable for a unit that was supposedly move-in ready. On top of that, the plumbing is disgusting. The shower was not draining, which forced me to investigate the issue myself. I ended up pulling large amounts of hair out of the shower drain, multiple times, clearly showing the unit was not properly cleaned or maintained prior to move-in. Additionally, when the shower is used or the toilet is flushed, the sink fills up with water, and particles come out of it with a strong rotten egg smell. It was absolutely foul. To make matters worse, there are also electrical issues. When I plug appliances or devices in, the lights flicker badly, and other items that are already plugged in glitch or lose power. That said, I do want to acknowledge that leasing agent Sharrod has been exceptionally amazing throughout this process. He has been professional, helpful, and communicative, and these issues are in no way a reflection of his service. This experience has been extremely concerning, especially given how little time I’ve been here. I expected basic cleanliness and functional plumbing at the bare minimum.

Good afternoon, I am going to do a review because I was asked to but will do a full review in a few more months when I move. I've had issues with roaches and rats, so my post is in regard to the upkeep of my building and the lack of accountability my neighbors are held to regarding their trash. I was moved to a unit that already had a rat infestation that's still ongoing, I have to do a lot of things inside my apartment to prevent rats from coming into my unit until I'm able to move but it definitely doesn't help to have a building full of neighbors that do not care about the valet trash schedule. Every weekend my building is FULL of trash, although valet trash does not run on Fridays, the neighbors will start putting their trash out on Fridays through the WHOLE weekend. Some piling 2,3,4 bags of trash up. I can NEVER have company here, it's an embarrassment not to mention the smell, the leaking bags of trash, the bugs and the possible attraction of rats. They are all in violations of their lease, but it's never enforced although I have taken this issue to the office several times. Even during the holidays there were no updated information from the office of valet trash scheduling to prevent any misunderstandings of the valet trash scheduling, there is usually silence from the office and property manager of updates that are needed to maintain a clean building/areas. The neighbor that lived next door to me, has had trash sitting out on the patio for months, there has been a bike laying in the breezeway for months, it just always feels that ANYTHING goes, and the office is just a "shell" to put people in apartments and take rent payments and that's about as far as it goes. The only emails you'll receive are about "how to pay your rent." Maybe a few crime updates but NO informative information regarding the "DO's and DON'T" like my previous apartment management company. I just do know that I will NEVER lease another apartment from this management company 'RADCO". I will only take this review down when the situations with neighbor's trash is addressed but I'm disappointed to say the least and if it continues, I will address this issue with the city of Clarkston as it has been documented because this attracts rats in which this property already has an issues with, rats spread diseases, it smells bad, biohazard and fire risk. I will start following up with code enforcement by next week if this issue continues to go unaddressed!!!

I’ve only been here for a month and had some many issues already. The office customer service is distasteful. Their attitude completely changes once you’re a resident. Maintenance has not completed any of my work orders submitted, but marks them as completed. The trash doesn’t get picked sometimes. Hopefully, it changes. Everyone’s experience is different, but I wouldn’t recommend this establishment. In my years of renting, I’ve never had these issues and have always been a great tenant.

The tour process here was phenomenal. My family and I stopped by without a scheduled tour and Sharrod was busy but he politely greeted us and had us seated until he finished with another customer. Then he took us around the property and showed us the model apartment. He was kind and comedic. The model was absolutely beautiful and well staged. Definitely the best tour of the day!! Thanks Sharrod!!
