Impossible to get in contact with leasing office. I have been waiting for an accurate lease renewal to be posted since September. The most recent one was posted Oct 27 with errors in term length, pet status, and being doubly billed via pro-rated rent already paid for the entirety of November. None of my emails starting October 31 have been responded to, and my voicemails have not been returned. A ticket left with a customer service representative in the call center last week has never been followed up on. When I called today, I was immediately hung up on. When I called again, I had to leave a message with a robot. My prior such messages have never been responded to. My lease ends in 5 days and I'm starting to wonder if this is a scam to force people to pay higher rent on a month-to-month basis. P.S. Over the past 3 years, the pool has only been open for a culminative total of about 3 weeks. If you're looking to rent here, do not consider the pool an active and usable amenity.

Warning: NEW APPLICANTS BE CAUTIOUS! My initial tour of the complex was previously rated 5star. However the actual application process has lead me to leave 1 star. The leasing team as a-whole has poor communication skills, over worked and under staffed. I was told the admin fee would be waived. However the online application still required an app fee ($75) and a admin fee $250. I paid. They also use this thing called GUARANTOR to decide how much your “deposit” will be. This also does a background and credit check. My credit is in the high 600s. So my deposit was very low ($275) which I was told most ppl pay $600-the cost of two month rent. After paying these fees I was contacted by a member of the leasing team. Who confirmed and stated that they would proceed with the process of getting documents submitted so that HADC could approve the unit. A week later I get a email at 9pm at night saying my application was denied due to credit and criminal background. My criminal record shows incident from 2011, it is now 2025, not sure why they cared for something that occurred over a decade ago. However I’m not mad at that. I write this review so that new applicants are aware of this process being that no money has been refunded to me. Over $600 I paid out of pocket. Only to be denied. So I suggest new applicants to only pay the app fee and wait at least a week to make sure you are approved. I won’t even speak on the hostile and integrity of the employee who came off nice during the tour but got “sassy” when I asked about being denied, nor how he lied about submitting my HADC doc. Today is 10/20/2025…. Incidents occurred 10/06/2025 - 10/12/2025

It has been 2 weeks since my mom got her unit. She had some issues that she had during the walk through that have still never been addressed. She also have not received a mail box key, especially since mail is being piled up in the mailbox. The neighbors upstairs allow their kids to constantly run up and down all day and night. The kids in the community have no respect for people cars ,they also throw trash on the ground after eating or drinking. Isn't someone responsible for picking up the trash in the walkway or grounds. The outside of the front doors are filled with cobwebs and the building is very filthy. It seems as though they just wanted my mom's money. They said the day upon moving in that they have a policy that move in are only done after 3pm, you would think that they would take that time to make sure your unit is completely ready and clean for moving in
