  The apartment that they rented me is horrible. There is cockroaches running all over the place. I contacted the office. They said they can’t do anything till Monday now I have no hot water and I’m not getting any response. This is ridiculous. They are renting unlivable apartments.

  Hello. I posted about them lying and taking my administrative fee. The people in the office will tell you or they were telling people, if you get denied. You will get the admin fee. I tried the email, that you put under my last review. Guess what! It doesn’t work. I knew that was just done for the masses. Behind closed doors, you and your company are being false. I bet a lot of the reviews are friends and family and people that got that hook up. IF YOU KNOW YOU WILL GET APPROVED, still don’t come here. Think of how much money they are getting, but look at the apartments. Really look, now it’s all a money grab. Don’t go to places that lie about getting your administration fees back, don’t go to places that even have that. They need people in the apartments and look at what they are actual doing. What is an administrative fee for when you give an application fee? Of I get 10 people to give their hard earned money I just got 1200 bucks. I see why they would lie. I’m serious, really think about, what they are getting. And yall know yall are wrong. I kept asking, April.

  The maintenance supervisor Ryan actually gave me a call came in my unit personally met with Me and discussed with me what he would be doing why he was doing it just took the time to go to extra mile. Definitely appreciate it. You don’t see that often with maintenance at all.

  I don’t know why this company is telling me that I owe them 200 bucks they denied me and per their lease and the agreement. If I am denied by the third party, that they use which I was. I get my 200 back for the admin fee and they get the 75 application. I’m so thankful my bank is going to handle this. I’m glad they sen me my proof. Y’all be very careful out here, these apartment places are started to get really greedy. You have to make sure you get things in writing from everyone involved. Who got the 75 dollar application fee that y’all got from me? That’s why you have to ready the stuff you sign. I even took screenshot of the section that stated, if you get denied what is refunded to you. Some states have laws that protect the renters. Greedy Ga is at it again. It’s going to get worse cause they acting like they don’t need people to fill the places up. Don’t be desperate. I ain’t worried thought! I thank you. You got to watch them. It has to be some kind of money they get for getting people in. I’m going to learn the scheme. Not today! Y’all not getting me. I added a pic, but thought of this, who stole my other 75 dollars? I paid yall 275 and on this statement, it says the admin fee is 175 and the app is 75 . I have yall 275 and o was told the admin fee was 200. Scamming apartment people, they everywhere. This is my response: Yall record what these people are telling yall, while yall are being friendly and thinking they are your friends at these apartment places. Yall got my 75 dollars non refundable fee. I am not calling yall; cause yall never even reached out to me during the process. I was calling the office. I owe yall nothing.
