She was very sweet and made sure all questions were answered. She wrote everything down for me as well and reassured me that she would answer anymore questions over the phone or in person. I went to the office to request one be converted to a proper outlet and the young manager was extremely rude and unprofessional. No one should be treated the way she treated a guest and/or tenant. Other neighbors have experienced the same rude behavior from Ms Torres. Lots of other choices in Carrollton area.
