I was going through a very difficult moment and unexpectedly became emotional, and she met me with nothing but compassion, patience, and genuine care. She allowed me the space to breathe, comforted me, and even said a prayer for me .. something I will never forget. She took the time to explain the process clearly and made me feel supported instead of rushed or judged. In a moment where I felt overwhelmed, she showed true humanity, and that meant everything to me. Thank you for treating me like a person first. That kindness made a hard day so much easier. She deserves a bonus for this alone. World class customer service.

Been here 10 long, terrible months and long story short this place is infested with roaches, mice, cats, and all types of other insects. The only good thing about these apartments is the price and size of the units. Please save yourself the stress and DO NOT MOVE HERE.

From the very beginning, they were both kind, responsive, and extremely patient in helping me with everything I needed for the move-in process. They made what could have been a stressful experience feel smooth and welcoming. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care really stood out. I truly appreciate the way they went above and beyond to ensure everything was handled gracefully.
