Been here 10 long, terrible months and long story short this place is infested with roaches, mice, cats, and all types of other insects. The only good thing about these apartments is the price and size of the units. Please save yourself the stress and DO NOT MOVE HERE.

From the very beginning, they were both kind, responsive, and extremely patient in helping me with everything I needed for the move-in process. They made what could have been a stressful experience feel smooth and welcoming. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care really stood out. I truly appreciate the way they went above and beyond to ensure everything was handled gracefully.

- NBNita BooJun 2, 20251.0This place is infested with roaches. Been here since January of this year(2025) and the roaches are HORRIBLE. Pest control can come every week.. it's still going to be a lot of roaches. I'm in a remodel unit but the place is ran by roches. I have a two year old and it's so hard having all these bugs around the baby. I've had to get my roof repaired twice in my kitchen because of a sewer backage. Wouldn't recommend this place for ANYONE who has OCD... THE PLACE WILL RUN YOU CRAZY.. ROACHES ALL IN MY NEW MICROWAVE... THIS JUST SAD.
