He moved out and now my daughter is renting her own apartment here and she’s happy so far! The community is safe, maintenance requests were addressed in a timely manner. Natalie and Brian are very responsive and helpful. They made moving in and out was a seamless process.

Living in the 600 building, this building is infested or someone is stay awayyyyy!! the units are not properly sealed at all. There are roaches and small invasive pest you will most likely have. I moved here expecting a new start. Natalie Alexander, will tell you WHATEVER you want to hear to get the sale!!! After that it’s oh well. She actually lived here when i first came to look at the apartments, i told her my ONLY concerns were pest as we are busy and don’t have time in our schedules or money to be looking after roaches, she ensured us that we would not deal with that. That she lives next to the unit we want and she does not deal with those issues. After moving in 2 weeks later multiple pest were coming out. Long story short no real solution to our problems have been met except with pest control that DOESNT WORK because the pest are not originating from me. And yes all the other bad reviews are right the pool is never working, maintenance is lazy. But i just need to emphasize how natalie alexander may seem thoughtful and caring but it’s very apparent that the sale matters most to her. So she will not be upfront with you. RUN PLS DONT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID!!!
