During my stay, the property was bought out by two different management companies, and each one somehow managed to be worse than the last. Both companies overcharged me for renters insurance that I already had. I sent in my documentation multiple times and never received a response or a credit. The only time they ever reply to emails is if it’s about moving out. Any other issue? Silence. When I first moved in, the apartment was in awful condition. There were paint clumps everywhere, and I had to clean the unit myself before I could even bring in my furniture. The so-called “renovation” was a complete joke — there were cracks and openings in the foundation, which allowed mice, roaches, and even grasshoppers to come inside. I’ve always kept my home clean and cozy, yet I had to set traps and personally deal with a mouse for the first time in my life. I requested pest control multiple times, and no one ever showed up. Calling the office is useless — they never answer the phone, and on the rare occasion someone does, it’s a rude and unhelpful leasing agent. Management is never on site and shows zero urgency or accountability. Overall, my two years here were filled with frustration, neglect, and poor management. Save yourself the stress — I do not recommend Premier Apartments to anyone
