You will have some type of fees to pay if you’re struggling in corporate America and work for the government or insurance so prepare for an extra $300+ in fees on top of rent. The toilets flush after 3-4 good tries but during the day for some reason they don’t work as good. I’m now having issues with things im having to try to fix because maintenance comes when they want and unnoticed. Recently the washer and dryer have been a problem in my building and people are breaking things that effects the entire complex, messing up vehicles, stealing. I’m not from Georgia originally so I’m new here but I’ve known of Ga and I guess I miss the memo to stay off of peach orchard rd. I will definitely be touring, talking to residents, and asking questions going into another lease. I’m greatful for a roof over my head, but I’m disappointed at what I got myself into. It’s okay though, renewal of lease is soon, and I’m praying God relocates me soon.
