Lived there for 4 years. Train is super loud, front office is rude and unhelpful. There’s dog poop everywhere. Maintenance request are slow and had multiple times I had to call to get anything done. After moving out sent me to collections without trying to contact me after paying on time for 4 years.

This apartment is a beautiful luxurious and spacious place. It's within close proximity of university hospital, medical school and downtown as well. I enjoyed the gym and pool area; which wasn't always taken care of due to tenants having parties on the weekends and leaving the pool a mess. When it came to the staff; I always preferred to speak with one individual (Techina); she was pleasant and profession at all times. In my opinion; this apartment complex is extremely high. The parking is horrible; after a certain time at night you will not have a park. They issue tolling violations if you park in the electric parking due to the lack of parks . It takes awhile for a maintenance order to be filled which is ridiculous. The elevator and hallway carpet is dirty and smells. The gate to the community is broken pretty often which is not secure for a place thats not located in the best area. The train is horrible; and it holds up traffic for 30 to 45 minutes at times on both tracks. Overall, I enjoyed my time living at this apartment complex; but there are somethings that needs improvement to make this a better experience for others in the future.

Just visited site which has some available apartments but yet building more units. The crew was friendly and greeted some new students from the hospital.
