    The effort to get on it right away is acknowledged and thank you very much but all that was done for the breezeway was a general sweeping..it’s gonna require a pressure washing or a scrubbing ..I recently bought a metal scrubber and a solution to clean concrete so I will do it myself cause it is embarrassing bringing company over and it looks like a Bronx project halllway..I’ll take before and after pics

    I went in looking for an apartment with a ton of questions, and the manager, April, was absolutely amazing! She took her time with me, answered every question, and even showed me both a one- and two-bedroom home. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Thank you so much, Ms. April, I can’t wait to move in on Friday! 🎉🏡

    DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE. Go elsewhere if you want an enjoyable living experience thats actually worth the money. I mean if you're stuck in a bind like me thats different. Find somewhere else to live, the headache of these ppl aren't worth the the rent that they are charging. I've been here since 2021 paying $1521 for this apartment and have been trying to transfere my lease bcuz i have YET to meet another resident that is paying that much in rent and i wanted the market value (imagine meeting your neighbors and finding out they were only paying $1100 for their rent.) Since Feb these ppl had my transfere fee and all i asked was for another apartment on the 3rd floor. No one ever called or email letting me know when they had one available yet they have been moving ppl in since. Im always up at the front asking questions and trying to see what exactly is the hold up from making this move hasty. The complex recently got bought out and these ppl are the worst. These ppl are extremely incompetent, unorganized, and just unprofessional. I've been dealing with the leasing office since February about a transfere. Unfortunately the complex laundry was out of power for 2.5 weeks (which never happened in the 4 years i lived here). The front gate had been broken since they got here & hasn't been fixed. Looks like they rid of security because I dont see them anymore. This complex has always had a revolving door of employees who are rude and only half do their jobs. They haven't done anything to accommodate me and all I wanted to do is transfer apartments. They dont even apologized for their incompetence. For example. I was waiting for my application fee back from September 30th. Robert said I should get it in 2weeks. When I spoke to corporate last week they said they will send another out because i had not received it yet. So, I went to the front desk to double check & the reason I dont have my check is because no one put my APARTMENT # on it. I had to go through 3 different ppl to find that out! Robert wrote that check and Lolita sent the 2nd one out. Yet April whos only been here 2 weeks was the one who found the ERROR. So that second check sent out by corporate was exactly like the first. How did they not catch that? Bcuz they are unprofessional and give unsatisfactory work. Not to mention the fact that I have had to constantly go down to the office because they never give updates or calls back. Im always the one who has to speak to the front desk, then maintenance, and whoever to check on the status of my transfere thats been in the works since February. They want all this money and you charge all these fee but pest control has never been to my apartment. The pool hasn't been available since I moved in and there's a apartment underneath mine building 82 aptC is empty and hasn't had a resident in for months. Yet the light has been on and blinds opens to see an EMPTY apartment for 2 months and all I can think is "why hasn't maintenance come and turn the lights off and close the blinds" and yet Radco want to complain about Georgia power. Its because your employees are sorry as hell, lights still on as i write this. Not to mention that I was supposed to move into building 25#E back in August/September but, they moved a new resident into that building instead. The icing on the cake was when one of the new front desk agents told me there were NO NOTES ON MY FILE, so she had no knowledge of a transfere or anything I was talking about. Which make sense as to why they moved another tenant in that apartment. On top of that because there's ALL NEW STAFF i was sticking to who knew what was going on with me, so I didnt have to explain myself. Well when I went to check on the status of my tranfere I was met with attitude and unprofessional ism. Robert said he doesn't understand why I have to speak with him there's other ppl that work there and he had other tenants to deal with im not the only one. He was the one that forgot my apt # on my check fyi😑 and now they want me to pay all these ridiculous tranfere fees. DO NOT RENT HERE!

    Was living there for 4 years we didn’t have AC for the first two weeks but we made it work because there were no other complaints and we didnt have kids at the time. Fast foward to this year, car got stolen (no security was on the property) gate was wide open so no sense of protection. Then i didnt have AC for one month with a newborn baby and 1 year old during the summer. House temp was 84+ inside. We even borrowed my dad’s portable ac plus the one they provided and the house was still in the 80s. I had to keep calling and going down to the office where they gave us the run around consistently. We were promised that something will either A) be taken off the rent B) fees will be waved if we wanted to break our lease. They failed to do neither option and they also denied the request when the previous property manager put it in . All because we turned down the portable heater the second time because it only blew hot air. Then they expected us to just up and move without any plan even though they inconvenienced us. So we never was compensated or anything. Also we was there 4 years never had roaches all of a sudden started seeing roaches and i reached out asking for pest control or something to some spray the building, was also ignored. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM if you’re looking for a sense of security and peace!

    The laundry room being shut down for nearly 2/3 weeks due to non electrical service when the entire community has power makes no sense and it’s ridiculous. They are quick to take your money for these services and then take them away. And then we had to call them to advise the community the laundry machines don’t work. Do y’all even care? Y’all can happily go wash y’all own clothes and forget the ppl who probably don’t have transportation to figure it out!!
