She was who provided my first tour, and it may suffice to say her sales pitch was flawless. All elements of my needs were not assured but explained in detail. I was sure that Tens on West provided better services than any midtown apartments that first day, but her attention to detail has continued to the present. I have witnessed her extensive efforts through her keen familiarity with all her tenants' names/situations, as well as numerous resolutions she has provided for my living situations/emergencies (maintenance) and my in-adeptness to understanding the processes involved in guest parking. Beyond all, her habitual friendliness has helped me find a new home in Atlanta, beginning with the Tens on West family whom she has introduced me to wholly (staff and maintenance). Her greetings motivate me to resonate the same smiles and kindness throughout my day at school, and when I get home she is the first one to ask me how my day was. I wrote this review to thank Ania for her poise, and to assure management that she should be valued integrally in the functionings of this complex.
- AKAustin KJan 3, 20265.0Very well built complex with units having 10’ ceiling. Very clean inside and all the appliances looked almost new when moved in. Luxurious club house as well. The general manager is a gracious lady, Ania, who makes sure everything is setup correctly for new residents. She is such a nice person who makes the whole process truly pleasant. Overall, out of many other apartments we looked at, Tens on West stands out in terms of quality and price. Highly recommended.
