    The amazing Tens on West apartment has so many good things about it, but by far the maintenance team, specifically Koedi, make the experience that much more amazing. Koedi has been very attentive to my needs whenever I have to have something fixed, and he also follows up. Can’t get that kind of service literally anywhere else. Thank you!

    I recently moved into Tens on West and my experience has been superb. Jasmine did an excellent job in assisting me throughout the entire process. She’s very responsive and always follows up if I had any questions or concerns. This felt very reassuring. The apartments and amenities are in excellent condition. Residents have access to a gym and also a movie room that you can reserve for friends. I would recommend this complex to anyone seeking a lively walkable community that’s convenient to your everyday needs. This is a wonderful place to live. They really take pride in the upkeep of this building, it’s very clean and smells great inside. Keep up the great work!

    I toured a unit a couple of months ago with John Gerhardt and even though I ended up living somewhere else, he did a great job at showing me the different units available and the amenities of the property.

    I’ve had such an amazing experience living at Tens on West! The entire property is spotless, beautifully maintained, and truly feels like home the moment you walk in. Everything—from the common areas to the hallways and gym—is always clean and welcoming. You can tell the staff takes real pride in the community. A special shoutout to the incredible team who make it all possible Jasmie always greets everyone with the warmest smile and goes above and beyond to make sure residents are taken care of. Her positivity truly brightens my day! Ania is the definition of professional and helpful—she’s always quick to respond and makes the entire move-in and maintenance process seamless. Shayla has such a friendly, can-do attitude; she’s super attentive and makes you feel like more than just a resident—like part of a community. Kenda is wonderful as well—she’s detail-oriented, kind, and always ensures the property stays in perfect shape. You can tell she genuinely cares about everyone’s comfort. If you’re looking for a clean, safe, and friendly apartment community with an exceptional staff, I couldn’t recommend Tens on West more highly. This team makes apartment living feel like luxury living!

    I submitted a maintenance request late Sunday night and by Monday afternoon it was completely fixed and finished. I appreciate Irvine for his work ethic because the task I asked for wasn’t glamorous but he did it well, thank you sir
